Job Description:
Join our hospitality team as a Guest Service Manager and lead the efforts to ensure exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to manage and elevate our guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all guest service activities
Train, supervise, and mentor front desk staff
Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback and reviews
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Ensure the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently
Implement and maintain guest service standards
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new guest service staff
Prepare reports on guest service performance and trends

Requirements:
Proven experience in a guest service or hospitality management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to handle challenging guest situations with diplomacy
Familiarity with hotel management software
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
