Job Description:
Join our team as a Cashier and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate financial transactions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments
Issue receipts and change to customers
Ensure the security of cash and transactions
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer service
Upsell and promote relevant products/services
Perform end-of-day reconciliation and reporting

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
Strong numerical and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Positive and friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
