Job Title: Logistic Co-ordinator

Job Description:
Join our logistics team as a Logistic Coordinator and contribute to the efficient and organized flow of our supply chain. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to coordinate and optimize various aspects of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods
Monitor and optimize supply chain processes
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
Track and update shipment schedules and delivery statuses
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and rates with logistics partners
Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries
Resolve issues and discrepancies related to logistics
Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with logistics software and systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
