Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Provide product information and assistance with purchasing decisions
Ring up sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
Positive and team-oriented attitude
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
