Job Title: Logistic Co-ordinator

Job Description:
Join our logistics team as a logistics coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the coordination of shipments, inventory, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods
Track and update shipment schedules and delivery status
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams
Manage and optimize inventory levels
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders
Resolve logistics issues and address discrepancies
Collaborate with customs agents to ensure compliance with regulations
Generate reports on logistics performance and costs
Assist in negotiating rates with transportation providers
Work closely with the logistics manager to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office
Understanding of customs regulations and international shipping procedures
Availability to work flexible hours, if required
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
