Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office staff and management
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain organized and up-to-date paper and electronic files
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents
Perform data entry and update records in the system
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Collaborate with other administrative staff on various projects
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Positive and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
