Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
