Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns.

Qualifications:
