Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials.
Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
Deliver orders to tables and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns.
Upsell additional menu items and beverages.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
Strong customer service and cmmunication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
Positive attitude and a team player.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move trays.
