Job Title: Housekeeping and Room Attendant

Job Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented and dedicated individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Housekeeping and Room Attendants. Housekeeping and Room Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas of the hotel.
Respond to guest requests for additional services promptly.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely room turnovers.
Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures.
