Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to our daily operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.

Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide support to various departments as needed.
Uphold a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in a professional office environment.
