Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Coordinator. The Catering Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating catering events, ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan catering events, from initial client inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Create detailed event proposals, including menu options and pricing.
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, staffing, and equipment rental.
Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in marketing and promoting catering services.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in catering coordination or event planning is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of catering industry trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
