Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Planner. The Event Planner will play a key role in coordinating and executing a wide range of events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
Plan, organize, and execute events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.
Source and coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of event-day activities.
Create and maintain detailed event timelines.
Collaborate with design and production teams to enhance event aesthetics.
Provide on-site management during events to ensure smooth execution.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a related role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with event planning software and tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning and coordination.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic event environment.
