Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide information about the organization, services, and products
Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
Take and relay messages accurately
Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings via phone
Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant and clear telephone voice
Familiarity with telephone systems and switchboards
Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
