Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks.
Organize and manage the storage of items to maximize space efficiency.
Issue materials and supplies to various departments as per requisitions.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive materials.
Collaborate with procurement and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate forklifts or other relevant equipment.
Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
