We operate a busy warehouse facility that serves as a central hub for inventory management and distribution. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team and support our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received against packing slips and purchase orders
Unpack, label, and organize incoming inventory in designated storage locations within the warehouse
Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and electronic records
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders and shipping requirements
Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using manual or motorized equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
Assist with cycle counting, stock replenishment, and inventory maintenance tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling inventory and operating equipment
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control role preferred but not required
Ability to use basic computer software and inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
