About Us:
We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance to various departments.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, directing them to the appropriate person or department as needed.
Answer and screen incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the company’s general email account, sorting and forwarding messages to the appropriate recipients.
Maintain office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members, coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines and standards.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and file management tasks, organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files and databases.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering services, and coordinating logistics for meetings and conferences.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative support to various departments and teams.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining security protocols for office access and data privacy.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
