Responsibilities:
Greet guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys, parking locations, and any special instructions from guests.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal belongings as needed.
Provide clear directions and information about the parking facility, nearby attractions, and hotel amenities.
Monitor traffic flow and parking areas to ensure smooth operations and prevent congestion.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle handling, security, and customer interactions.
Handle cash transactions, issue parking tickets, and provide receipts to guests as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area, including sweeping, picking up trash, and removing debris.
Assist with special events, valet parking reservations, and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as required.
