Document Controller Job Opportunity in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure the proper management of documents and records.
Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents, such as drawings, reports, and correspondence, to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored for easy retrieval.
Monitor and track the status of documents, ensuring they are reviewed, approved, and updated as necessary.
Coordinate document review and approval processes, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
High School Degree.
Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar role.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
