As a Cargo Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo for transportation. Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload cargo onto/from trucks, airplanes, or other modes of transportation.

Follow loading plans and guidelines to ensure proper distribution of weight and adherence to safety regulations.

Use equipment such as forklifts, conveyor belts, and pallet Jacks to move and transport cargo.

Inspect and document the condition of cargo before loading, ensuring it meets transportation standards.

Secure cargo using appropriate methods, such as strapping or padding, to prevent damage during transit.

Collaborate with team members to coordinate efficient cargo handling processes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in cargo loading areas.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cargo loader or in a related field is preferred.

Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to cargo handling.

Familiarity with using loading equipment such as forklifts and pallet Jacks.
