Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products/services that meet their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.
Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products/services accordingly.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s POS (Point of Sale) system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects as needed.
