Factory Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations in the factory.

Supervise and coordinate the work of factory staff.

Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams.

Train and mentor new employees.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during production.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
