Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers, ensuring proper use and maintenance to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare dishes accurately and consistently, adhering to portion sizes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and utensils, following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are cleaned and sanitized properly.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff and chefs to coordinate food preparation and service, ensuring timely and efficient workflow during busy periods.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies, rotating stock and maintaining proper storage conditions to prevent spoilage or contamination.
Follow instructions and guidelines from kitchen supervisors or chefs, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to support overall kitchen operations.
Uphold high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, striving to exceed customer expectations with every dish served.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.
