Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the department or business unit, drive employee engagement, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and financial objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
