Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on client briefs.
Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications for interior spaces and architectural elements.
Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to meet project objectives.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Oversee project execution from concept through construction to ensure design intent is realized.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Prepare presentations and design proposals for client meetings and project reviews.

Requirements:

Proven experience in interior design or architecture, preferably in a design firm or consultancy.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
