Description

Responsibilities:

Input data from source documents into the computer system with speed and accuracy.
Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections as needed.
Maintain data integrity by ensuring all information entered is complete and error-free.
Update and maintain databases with new information as it becomes available.
Organize and file electronic documents and records for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information from other departments in a timely manner.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
Familiarity with basic office equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers.
