Job Title: Document Controller

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Document Controller. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing the storage, retrieval, and distribution of documents and records within our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain document control procedures in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Receive, log, and track all incoming and outgoing documents, including electronic and hard copy files.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents, verifying that they adhere to established formatting and naming conventions.
Organize and maintain document storage systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval and access for authorized personnel.
Monitor document revisions and updates, maintaining version control and ensuring that the latest versions are readily available.
Collaborate with project teams and departments to facilitate the timely flow of documents and information.
Assist in the preparation of document reports and summaries as required.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
Proven experience in document control or records management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of document management systems and software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
