Job Opportunity: Office Boy / Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Boy / Girl to join our team in Dubai. The Office Boy / Girl will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to staff members.

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Manage and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging equipment for meetings.
Run errands outside the office, such as banking tasks or purchasing office supplies.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Follow office protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Provide support to staff members as needed.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Office Boy / Girl or in a similar role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
