Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting the organization in maintaining sound financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Perform reconciliations of accounts, including bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports.
