Description

Process day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing) and maintain accurate ledgers.
Enter and code invoices with supporting documentation; ensure proper GL booking and approval workflows.
Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wires) in a timely manner while adhering to internal controls.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities; support audit projects as needed.
Maintain vendor and customer records; resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
Generate standard financial reports (ageing, statements, accruals) and assist with financial analyses.
Monitor expense reports and internal controls; help with process improvements.
Support payroll or timekeeping tasks if applicable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and procurement issues.
