Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain records, and support the business in making sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking
Process payroll and ensure tax compliance
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with auditors and external partners as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in retai
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
