Assistant Teacher Wanted

Position: Assistant Teacher
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
Support classroom management by helping maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional help or support.
Prepare and organize teaching materials, resources, and classroom displays.
Monitor students during classroom activities, recess, and other school-related events.
Help assess student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues about student progress and needs.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Uphold school policies, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring student safety.
Perform other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff members.
Basic knowledge of educational practices and child development.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
