Job Description:

We are looking for a supportive and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to help create a positive and effective learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
Provide support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning.
Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and other school activities.
Assist with classroom organization and maintaining a clean, safe learning environment.
Support students with special needs or learning difficulties.
Help with administrative tasks such as marking work and maintaining records.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, and supportive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
