Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, social, and emotional development.
Prepare and serve meals and snacks, ensuring all dietary needs are met.
Assist with daily routines, including diapering, toileting, dressing, and napping.
Communicate with parents and guardians about their child’s day and any concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including play areas, restrooms, and eating spaces.
Implement and follow daily schedules and lesson plans.
Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance in resolving conflicts.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a day care or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and meet other licensing requirements.
