Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the day care center.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games.
Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s day and progress.
Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space for children.
Monitor and guide children’s behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement daily activities and routines.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
Previous experience working with children in a day care, preschool, or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations.
Basic understanding of child development and safety practices.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
