Assistant Teacher Wanted

Position: Assistant Teacher
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
Support individual and group learning, ensuring children’s developmental needs are met.
Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, and field trips.
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Assist with record-keeping, progress reports, and communication with parents.
Encourage positive social and emotional development in children.
Support the lead teacher in preparing materials and resources for lessons.
Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance.
Promote a healthy and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
A positive, nurturing attitude towards children.
Patience and flexibility in dealing with children of different ages and needs.
A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Must pass a background check.
