Position: Assistant Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our educational team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to provide a positive learning environment, support student development, and assist with daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities.
Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Help prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional support.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress and needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young learners.
Ability to assist in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment.
