Responsibilities
· Greeting and welcoming guests.
. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
. coordinating office activities.
· Arranging couriers.
· Keeping the reception area tidy.

Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant for at least 1-2 years
