Description
We are hiring Call Center Agent (Male/Female) for our customer service team in Dubai.
– Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
– Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
– Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
– Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
– Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
Salary: 2500 AED to 3500 AED + Accommodation + Transportation + Visa
Other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
