Position: Catering Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering events, including planning, setup, and service.
Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and customize menus accordingly.
Schedule and oversee catering staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers for food and beverage orders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation and handling.
Monitor event budgets and manage costs effectively.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:
Proven experience in catering, event planning, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering operations.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
