As we continue to enhance our offerings, we are seeking a professional and personable Concierge to join our team and provide our guests with outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing in Dubai.
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide guests with accurate directions and information about the local area.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage luggage services and assist with room deliveries as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Dubai, especially the Burjuman area, and its attractions.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
