Responsibilities:
Greet guests and residents in a warm and friendly manner.
Provide personalized services, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and booking entertainment or dining experiences.
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and information about local attractions and services.
Coordinate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
Maintain an updated directory of services, attractions, and amenities for guest recommendations.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Work closely with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Keep records of guest services and activities.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
