About the Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally

Document customer interactions in our system

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Prior experience in customer service or call center preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
