About the Role
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for entering and updating accurate data into our systems to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized and updated records for easy retrieval.
Prepare and generate reports based on entered data.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
