Day Care Staff Wanted

Position: Day Care Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote development.
Help children with daily routines such as feeding, changing, and nap times.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom/play area.
Monitor the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure children are eating healthy snacks and meals.
Encourage positive behavior and social interaction among children.
Follow day care policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.

Requirements:
Experience working with children, preferably in a day care or early childhood education setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Ability to multitask and handle different needs of children.
Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and possibly weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in child development is a plus.
