Position: Document Controller

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain company documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that all files, records, and documents are properly stored, easily accessible, and consistently updated in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and maintain all documents and files in both physical and digital formats.
Ensure all documents are categorized, labeled, and archived appropriately for easy access.
Track and manage document revisions and ensure the most up-to-date versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and control access to sensitive information.
Prepare, compile, and update document control reports as required.
Collaborate with various departments to support document retrieval and distribution.
Ensure compliance with document management policies and procedures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in document control or administration are a plus.
Previous experience as a document controller or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge of industry standards for document control processes.
