Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and energetic F&B (Food and Beverage) Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in various food and beverage settings, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage options.
Handle guest requests and complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for different shifts and events.
Monitor guest needs and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a food and beverage role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
Good physical stamina and ability to handle a high volume of orders.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
