Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage financial transactions, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while supporting the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor company budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, financial policies, and audit requirements.

Assist in payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.

Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Prepare reports to support decision-making.
