Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data, trends, and KPIs to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks.
Conduct profitability analysis for products, departments, or projects.
Build and maintain financial models and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and insights.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
2–4 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
