We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering financial data, conducting forecasting, analyzing trends, and helping the company optimize its financial performance. This role requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Evaluate business performance by tracking KPIs, trends, and variances
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Conduct profitability analysis of projects, products, or departments
Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement
Collaborate with accounting teams for accurate financial closing
Present financial analysis and recommendations to management
Monitor industry trends and economic developments relevant to the business
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus)
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar finance role
Strong knowledge of financial principles, modeling, and forecasting techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
