Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information on menu items and specials.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Ensure that tables are set correctly and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Process payments and provide accurate billing information to guests.
Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas for events and functions.
Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with all food handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a food and beverage role or similar hospitality position is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
